BLDC motor works on the principle similar to that of a conventional DC motor , i.e., the Lorentz force law which states that whenever a current carrying conductor placed in a magnetic field it experiences a force. As a consequence of reaction force, the magnet will experience an equal and opposite force. A brushed DC motor has permanent magnets on the outside of its structure, with a spinning armature on the inside. In brushless DC motors , the permanent magnets are on the rotor, and the electromagnets are on the stator. A computer then charges the electromagnets in the stator to rotate the rotor a full 360-degrees. 2d Diagram: 1.core 3D Printee files: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4874255 Components Link : 1. A solenoid engine works on the law of electromagnetic attraction. Coil magnetism attracts the plunger, and a spark distributor is used to cause the electromagnet to move as per the position of the piston without the use of sensors or microcontrollers. his magnetic field acts as an electromagnet. Solenoids are a specially engineered electromagnet in which a coil of wire is wrapped around a specially shaped core made of steel or iron, it is an integral component in all sizes of motors . Solenoids work like this: when electrical current goes through the loop of wire, a magnetic field accumulates around it. 2D Digrams CNC Machine: 1.Side support 2.Cylinder Holder 3.Bottom Support: 3D PRINTED PARTS LINK https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4874231 Components Link : 1.
